Dr. Madison Ngafeeson is Speaker, Trainer and Coach with the Maxwell Leadership organization. Madison is the founder and CEO of the SuperiorLEAD and LEAD Missions International. Madison enjoys adding value to people and businesses by helping to raise the leadership lid. As a business professor and former Director of the MBA program, Madison brings together a wealth of experience in teaching business professionals, and the world-class Maxwell Leadership curriculum, that is sure to take your team and business to the next level.

In the past six years, Madison has held leadership conferences, seminars, and masterminds for leaders in various countries. Through his organizations, Dr. Ngafeeson has trained over 10,000 leaders and emerging leaders from over 55 countries. He believes that personal leadership is the key to leading a successful life.
